I started as the first salesperson at Bloomberg L.P. when there were only 20 people in the company. My international leadership skills were honed at Bloomberg over a twenty year career, leading teams in the US, UK, Europe, and Asia. I am very hands on, passionate, and come with a high-level of entrepreneurial experience—having built several global businesses for Mike Bloomberg during my career. I have successfully managed sales teams from 15 to 200 people and been responsible for generating over $200 million in revenue.
Recognized for my communication, management, and problem-solving skills, I have excelled in positions requiring effective planning, consultative selling, exceptional client relationship management, and the ability to serve as a trusted adviser to both corporate and client Executive Management.
I left Bloomberg to help smaller organizations grow and to deploy my management expertise to small- and medium-sized companies. I have done this successfully with startups such as The Datamyne and Revere Data, as well as more established firms like Trepp and Gerstein Fisher. In all cases, I’ve been able to grow revenue by strategically managing a sales teams’ pipeline, budgets, targets, and compensation.
